From Mark: We've confirmed this is a browser cache issue. If you clear your browser cache, the icons should start working again.
Thankfully mine all showed up today after 2 days of not appearing for half of them and I do clear my cache quite often, guess I should do it more normal now. Hope that helps someone that is trying to figure it out.
